FREY
Haystructure

Freyr (Old Norse: Lord), sometimes anglicized as Frey, is a widely attested god associated with sacral kingship, virility and prosperity, with sunshine and fair weather, and pictured as a phallicfertility god in Norse mythology. Freyr is said to "bestow peace and pleasure on mortals". Wikipedia

Inconvenient Tower

At the peak, we can sense everything

See everything

Feel the call of the abyss

Metal penetrating the skin

Suddenly,

Something melting away beneath

Twisting, turning

Layers upon layers,

Dissipates into a loop

The world below, still out of sight

Studio Elements The unit fascinates us. A truck full of bricks is not a home. We are fascinated by the manifestation of potentials. From unit to element to idea. Through our world of building blocks stories emerge. Stories that attempt to embrace our lives. Aesthetic and responsible considerations lead us to spaces. Spaces, which make us, feel, together.

Warm wishes

Michael Lynge, 1988 Cand. Arch. MAA, studied architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture at the programme; Cultural Heritage, Transformation and Restoration. Trained as an architect in the office of Studio Mumbai, Mette Lange Architects and throughout field studies in Tanzania, and India. Alongside practice he teaches at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture at the institute; Architecture and Design as a teaching assistant professor.
